Fifteen years ago (1923) Queen's Bridge Motors Pty. Ltd. was formed with a handful of employees to handle the distributing agency for Reo in Victoria, Tasmania, and Riverina. Under the guidance of the energetic Mr. T. I. W. Kelly, who joined the company in 1924 as general manager, it has developed into an important motor business. The company now acts as agent for Jowett cars and for the Perkins and Victor Diesel engines, in addition to its original Reo
agency.

There is no immediate likelihood of a public share issue. Nominal capital is £750,000, of which £500,000 is paid up.
Subsidiaries include Noske Bros Flour Mills Pty Ltd, Queen's Bridge Motor and Engineering Pty Ltd, Noske Bros (SA) Ltd. and Queen's Bridge Investments Pty Ltd.
