I have a hj ute that I've just noticed has a split about 10mm long in the bottom of the fuel tank. Is there any fix available on the market where I don't have to remove the tank or does anybody have a solution?

Go 'till she blows then back off!

There is a product available from Loctite (I think) that may fix it for you, at least temporarily.

It comes as one of those 2 part ribbons where you break some off, nead them together and apply to clean metal. I think it is called petrol tank and radia

I'd just go to a wreckers and buy another one.
There not worth much and it's got to be far less hassle in the long run.

There are always ways to fix split fuel tanks, but there are never any guarantees it will last.
