Hi all,
I have a Holden 202, stamped 3.3 on the block with a VL469## engine no. From what i can work out i think this is an early commodore red motor. Anyway I am trying to establish a rough value for this engine if i were to sell it. I have owned this engine for approx 15 years and has been on engine stand and regularly turned / rotated. When i purchased it years ago it was re honed with new rings and bearings done.
Some details -
Triple 2" SU's
40/80 Crow cam
Starfire rods
Straight cut gears
Roller rockers
Yella Terra head with screw in studs
Was balanced and on dyno many years ago 268hp @ intake, 208hp exhaust
New alternator, new harmonic balancer

Engine looks good, not like some old junker but just trying to get a rough value estimate from the gurus out there

Thanks Kev

Better off asking on GMH-torana forum, they are in to red 6's. Someone would probably buy it off you there. Yes its a standard VB 3.3L block, identical engine to what went into HZ and UC just with different sump and a few other bits to fit the V car.
