I've been building a custom bike over the last couple of years. I sprayed the bike sometime ago with black acrylic lacquer. Paint looked good initially but spilt petrol and dropped spanners and what not have made their mark, so now I've finished the build I'm going to strip the bike and repaint. Just wondering if there is something other than acrylic lacquer I can use that is good wearing. I'm working out of my small shed in a small back yard, so I'm not keen on two pack, I know I can get isocyanate free clear, but not in colours. The repaint will be in the same colour, jet black.
