Looking on the internet I can't seem to find the right type. Rarespares has HK 3 speed bushes and I assume that's for a column shift and the best choice seems to be replacement bushes for a Hurst shifter. Not sure if they will fit. Has anyone bought the right bushes and clips for their linkages?
