Hi guys,
Does anyone know what year the HQ had two jack points on the rear bumper bar (just under brake light) ? i didnt know the car could be jacked by this point. Anyone have any information?

I didn't think they did. HJ-HZ did and some of the bars off those fitted HQ. |

Bumper jacks were for HJ onward sedan, wagon & coupe. As the HJ & HX coupes still had HQ rear ends, the HQ rear bar (and brackets) was modified to use HJ etc, jacks

A HJ Monaro coupe or HX LE coupe owner will want the bar, they are worth decent money especially if you have the original brackets - they are heavier than HQ. |
