Hello
If I have a variable ratio steering rack on my vn v6 and the steering is very light.
How do I figure out what ratio it is

The variable ratio thing is fixed, it is not 'adjustable'. All that it refers to, is that the ratio is quicker towards the full lock position than it is in the centre.
If your steering is too light it means that the pin is worn in the steering valve & you need an exchange rack.
