I have a Crane roller cam to suit a Chevvy 290 and I am curious what the value would be. This cam was bought new but has only run a few hours because it was too extreme for a street engine and could not run enough vacuum What would it be worth? Anyone want it? Thanks.

Normally a secondhand cam is worthless, unless it's put back into the same engine with the same lifters in the same place. I'm not sure if this is the case for roller cams though. Do you have the lifters? |

No no lifters. But I have to apologise i got the wrong information. I inspected it today the only things I got right were that it is a cam and it's for a Chev. It is actually a Crane cam, for a 350 chev. It was installed in a new engine but the guy cou

Also it appears almost new there are no marks on the lobes they still have that new appearance.
