Doesn't have to be a fashion statement, just a reasonably solid and reliable beast for commuting duties (and carrying the dog!), some Vic rego would be a bonus. She wants to spend upto around $1000, can anyone help with something in NE Vic or southern NSW?? HQ-WB or early VB-VH Commodore is preferred.
