Hi guys
Does anyone know where I can find info on the design of a surge tank?
Surely I can get away without an internal fuel pump for EFI...!!

Hi richo. I had mine made out of 4 inch exhaust pipe . i had 2 ends welded on with 4 out let pipes welded in to them. I can send you some pics if you post your email address. I will be selling mine very shortly aswell since i an getting a droptank mad |

cheers guys - all the info you have would be very helpful. I am hoping to use this information to build my own external surge tank soon. I will most likely mount it at the rear of the tank and have two one way valves that keep the fuel coming in so that i

Don't believe it is worth going to a lot of trouble for surge tank I never had one on my EFI conversion and never had any problems. But if you are really determined to have one I suggest you head for the tip or scrap dealer and get a instantaneous elect

Actually I just remembered if you are determined to have an internal surge tank I have one I cut out of a VR fuel tank you can have it for $5 plus postage
