has anyone put indipendant suspention in f100 someone told me to use hk holden but i am loath to without knowing if ford stubs can be used

Mitsubishi L300 Express van front cross members look a lot like HK-HG cross members BUT they have Falcon stud pattern discs & rack & pinion steering. Maybe you need to find a wrecker with one of these & get out your tape measure.

Try asking your question on an F100 forum. There's bound to be someone who can give you all the info you'll ever need and also a lot of advice from someone who has done this type of work before.
