I Plan to weld in 2 front floor pans.Any tips/ Do's and dont's.I plan to mig weld and want a really good finish underneath.Thanks- Peter.P.S If anybody is interested in doing this for cash.Vehicle in Brisbane North

Have a look at www.amweld.com.au this site even has video clips on using the torch.I have on and you can't go wrong.

I reckon the best way is to scour your local wreckers (may have to go inland) and get a rust free front floor out of any HQ-WB, and take it home and unpick it at the spotwelds yourself. It's fiddly, but the end result is heaps better. Normally this means |
