Can anyone with a Hk/HT/HG manual supply some info on the spring rates for the 6 and/or V8.
Such as free length, load etc??

Hi sgo,

According to my HK manual (i'll let you do the metric conversions;)
Front 6cyl springs =
free length 11.95"
load 1580+-25lb@7.68"
rate 370+-10lb/in.
wire diameter .597-601"
inside diameter of coil 3.570-3.630"
number of active coils 6.88

Because you used the "at" symbol...That's how HTML recognises an E-mail address.

Which leads me to another question,
What would be the max. spring rate that you could get away with on the street, before any unsafe handling issues arise??
