I've got a 350 holley carby on my hj 253 and a lot of people are telling me that it should have something bigger on it? What would be the best carby?

1. A 4-barrel manifold and Rochester carby off a blue 253.
2. The original WW Stromberg.
3. A 390 or 465 Holley 4BBL.

A 350 Holley is OK in size for a 253, but it is too big for economy purposes. In short it is definitely not too small for a 253.
