A Styleside ute is another (older) name for a Coupe Ute.
Cheers...Dave

Hi Dave.
I'm with Cloudy on this one, I always thought that the 'Styleside' ute was the one with the smaller (narrower) box tray with mudguards protruding from it.
The coupe ute is what Holden makes, it means a ute where the body & cab are one piece |
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0 |

I thought the narrow tray with external mudguards was called a "stepside"?
Keep the shiny side up, and the greasy side down. |

I'm with Jabba here...They are callled a stepside due to the step that is quite often built into them between the rear wheel and cab. As I remember it, the styleside tag came from the early days of utes (30's) to differentiate them from the traybacks. Edited by user Friday, 30 September 2005 6:32:55 PM(UTC)

Without seeing it, and with rego, looks good (ie only minor rust), tidy interior and good mechanicals you should get somewhere between $5k and $7.5k. Petrol prices are causing vehicles like yours to drop in sales, BUT you don't see hardly any for sale any |

See - VU - VZ SS ute. IMO this is the 'styleside' he is referring to (if he replies to his own topic we may find out)...

Grab a Just Cars mag and do a quick comparison. Only cost you $3.50, and it's a good read/dream while you're there. Personally think you'd get Byron's prices if you waited, but if you're after a quick sale you might have to drop a bit. Depends how keen
