I have a Big Block Chev with the usual over heating problems, currently running a Weiand water pump which I'm going to replace. Would like to know what people think of the Edelbrock water pumps and if they have had any problems with them.

I personally would not use anything but the Edelbrock. I run one on my 400HP 327 and have never had a problem, Can idle in traffic on a 40 degree day, and do it for hours on end, and that is with the stocky 2 core radiator. Mate has a 600+HP small block
