I HAVE A EF FORD AND WAS WONDERING IF A XR6 HEAD WILL BE ABLE TO GO ON MY CAR? AND IF SO DOES IT IMPROVE MY CARS PREFORMANCE. I HAVE RECENTLY BOUGHT A XR6 BODY KIT, AND HAVE A 2.5 INCH SPORTS EXCAUSTE SYSTEM WITH EXTRACTORS. MY CAR NEEDS A NEW HEAD THATS WHY I WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT IF ITS POSSIBLE TO GET A XR6 HEAD INSTEAD OF THE STANDARD EF HEAD, AND CAN I STILL USE MY OLD HEAD AS EXCHANGE OR NOT?

XR6 head is the same as what you all ready have,ya new head may be decked which will up the compression a bit but you will not feel it.put in a k&n filter and a ECU up grade then you will feel it.
