Hi Guys
My FMX auto is starting to play up so I was wandering whether I should fit a 4spd manual or just have it rebuilt.I found most autos I have driven have felt sluggish compared to manuals. It will be going in my XB Coupe which was factory V8 Auto. Also which would be better for resale value as I will probably be selling it within the next year?
Thanks Jack

If you plan on drag racing? Auto without a doubt. Manuals break too easy.

It had an FMX in it when I bought it 8 years ago which was rebuilt just before I bought it.I presumed it was original.I have since replaced it 4 years ago with another FMX as it died on me.

c4's are good to around 230rwkw (300ish rwhp). After that they require constant attention (front clutch packs). I know I've blown/hurt 5. I don't know why people are hiding they fact they refresh their c4's in high hp applications. As soon as I went beyon
