Hello folks,
I just purchased a 69 (might be a 70) cougar and can't for the life of me find the VIN.
Can you supply me with information of the whereabouts.
It is not on the left front inner fender anywhere, or behind the windshield on left sid e. It also has a cleveland engine in it which makes me think it might be a 70. The original title doesn't have the ViN on it either.
I am interested in restoring it but would like to know what I have. It also has a FMX trans, with a 9 inch rear end.

HI THERE
I'M PRETTY SURE THE VIN TAG IS LOCATED ON THE LEFT HAND DOOR BELOW THE STRIKER.
I'VE JUST BEEN THROUGH THIS WITH A 68 I PURCHASED
