Do HQ-WB wheel nuts fit the Commodore threads on the studs?
Did Commodore go metric and when?

AFAIK, they shouldn't as Commodores were metric from the start.

No they wont fit. Commodores (VB on) are 12mm stud, HQ-WB are 7/16 stud.
