Hi guys
does anyone know if VC Brock commodores had a build plate? I've only ever seen one with it and about 3 without.
Any ideas?

Nope, build plates weren't put on HDT cars until the VK era.
However, upon confirmation of authenticity, HDT will build plate any genuine VC or VH brock, for a fee.
