I have not been ignoring you, and I did have a heap of stuff on my
plate. House renovations, Monster garage to build, new resto job that
I have got ready to start in weeks. Family to start. Everything is
humming, There is so much going on I am gettting ready to ride my
XS850 around in the sun a bit, do some cruises, talk to you guys face
to face more.

Wed morning 2/11/05 on my way to work, I fell asleep at the wheel of
the work van and ended up being airlifted by chopper to the Alfred.
Why there? The spinal unit. I hit an embankment so hard one of my
vertebrae turned to rubble. Within hours they had made me a stronger
faster, more durable titatium rod inserted spine.

I tell you what guys a lot of stuff in you life flashes before your
eyes when you are in this situation. I am lucky. I just got home and
after a few months I should be fine again. I also have a couple of
titanium plates in my jaw. Other than that just your general sore
spots and cracked ribs.

I am glad no-one else was hurt, and I put out to everyone to take care
when driving.
