Just a few question regarding setting the timing on an injected 5L.
I know that it is set at 10deg static timing, what I'm unsure about is which two terminals need to be bridged out. Also there are two plug conections next to the computer, which one is the one that has to have the terminals bridged. Any info would be appreciated.

Hi geoff. This has to be done with engine running and at operating temp. Up from the ECU along the loom there should be a white unused plug, with 4 slots across the top and 2 on the bottom. From left to right, with the locating tab facing down the wire co

You also need to run the car for 10 seconds at 3000 rpm to reset the idle:-)

Never done that, never had an issue with it, but i dont see why not to do it
