Just wondering if anyone could tell me how too take off the upper and lower ball joints on a hq 1 tonner?

im guessing since your asking and not just undoing the bolts that they are the original ones, the studs have to be ground away, then you may be able to hit them out, you may have to press them, depends on how they feeling at the time.

Lowe ones have to be pressed out, or bashed repeatedly with a hammer (which risks damage to your control arms)

if they are the originals and you have to grind the pressings away do that and then put the whole controls arms in the freezer...option 1..if still living at home ask mum first as she will get real p1ssed off at you defrosting all the food in the freezer
