I have a 302w fairlane and just spent near $300 to upgrade the original girlock brake booster. the car was a 6cyl prev to the 302 being put in. i am wondering if there is a difference in boosters for a 6 cyl and a v8?

the v8 boosters are much larger than the 6cyl to compensate for less vacuum produced by v8 engines compared to 6cyl engines
