I am looking for a healthy (rebuildable) 327chev. I plan to run a 5speed provided i can find a strong enough one to fit it. At this stage this is an expression of interest, but when the price is right or something becomes available and funds are smiling my way, ill be getting serious. Keith

are you going to put it in ya uc??? look just parts and mags like that there are always bargians in there and there will be more now that fuel is going up agian zac

i have a toploader with bell housing to suit chevy all parts are there but it needs a cluster gear i was priced $350 to fix it im asking $500 for the lot from fly wheel to yoke andy ph0418306098

yeah zac, the UC is gonna have a thumping V8 between the rails in the next few months!!
Mildly worked... Details?? I cant call til thursday week as im at work (out of town)! Give me the low down on the 327! Keith

Buy a brand new 350 crate motor 299hp out of the box for $2800 for Eagle spares with a year warranty.Why spent $2500 for a engine that you have no idea whats been done to it.At least with a new engine your getting a engine you are going to get a least 3 r

dont foget the crate motors dont have inlet manifold, carbie, stater motor, or other parts like that can add up to $2000+ my 327 chevy has evey thing including alternator

I'll keep your number HJ Tonner! Will suss out the legal side of fitting a V8 to my UC and see if its ok to throw in a 327 first, then what i have to do to the car to make it legal, then ill put the cash down!!

ok i know it can be done in the LH torana u can put a 350 chev in but u need 4 wheel disk brakes with over sized calipers at the front

The UC with GIRLOCK calipers are larger than the UC with PBR calipers IIRC. If not i can be corrected! 4wheel discs are not hard to organise anyways, i had them in mind!

i have a set of GIRLOCK calipers and rotor with hq stud patern also have wisbone and larger v8 swaybar for a torana and some other parts

I've got the girlocks already!! Ive also got upgraded rotors on the front, just standard drums on the rear so far...
