Gidday all, can anyone advise of a mob that recover steering wheels. I have a HQ GTS wheel and was thinking of getting the outer recovered in leather and a bit more padded, like the SS Commodore wheels. Thanx Phil.

By the way this is my van, It's a HJ with obvious front end change. 308 4 speed, GTS options inside. I'm also interested if anyone has a simple??? way of decking out the back. Thanx Phil

Hey PDT Phil,
A HQ GTS wheel needing more meat ? ! Wow. Try a driving with a bog standard skinny oval HQ steering wheel. A GTS one is luxury !

A full headlining to the rear chipboard archway covered in carpet, woodgrain plywood up the sides easy to do,it was fasionable 30 years ago.
if it ain't broke we can improve it.

I did this to a single spoke SL/E wheel about 10 years ago.
A local trimmer sold me a strip of leather approx 4 foot long by 3 inches wide, and I trimmed it to size.
To make it easier, I ran each side through the sewing machine (no thread) to punch |
