Have just changed Tfi mod, hall effect, ecu and Bem module plus fuses and relays also tested harness engine cranks but still no spark.
Oh coil is new and tests ok only thing unusual is 1.35 v at spout this should be 12v any ideas guys this is getting frustrating

This is a tricky one,do you have 12 volts going into tfi module, also check all earth wires at battery, the tfi module is earthed here make sure it is connected and check earth cable is tight on block.

if it ain't broke we can improve it.

Cheers Stev

Try another module this may be reason for low voltage at spout,
genuine or bosch modules are the only ones to use,
although if you have injection pulse the module is probably ok,
Do you have 12volts going into module?

if it ain't broke we can improv

Hi guys well finally got back to this thing. On the main engine harness their is a diode plugged into the coil negative feeding TFI and signal to ecu. This has failed. Ford cannot identify this part and no longer have the harness as obsolete part.Have trie
