Hi, I'm going to wire up central locking in my WB Van and have the original WB Statesman door jam wiring boots. Does anyone know the exact location of where the holes were drilled for these? I really need to look at a WB statesman with door wiring and see but don't know of anyone at the moment with one, so if there is an easy way to measure from a certain part of the door/body, I'd love to know how! cheers Rhys

In the later series of the HQ to WB's, there are littel indentations in the spots you need to drill to put this stuff in your car. Unfortunately, the HQ's don't have the marks, so I had to line them up off another car...
Anyway, Rhys and Russ, send me

Thanks Dave, will send you an email for the photos. I thought taking the doors off would be the case, but I guess as long as the locations are lined up beforehand then you can't go wrong! cheers Rhys

E-mail sent Rhys. Yeah, you will need to remove the doors to get the drill in there anyway...They don't HAVE to be exactly in line but the closer the better. The marks aren't on the pillars of the Qute because it is an HQ (nor are they on the rust-fre Edited by user Thursday, 2 February 2006 1:16:14 PM(UTC)

Hi All, I just thought I'd give some feedback on this job as I've finally done it after posting this topic over a year ago. I'd recommend this to everyone who has a HQ-WB without the door jam wiring boots and has wiring to the doors. It looks SO much Edited by user Saturday, 10 March 2007 1:39:31 AM(UTC)
