Please don’t stone to crap out of me here guys? Yes I am a Holden lover but also know a good diff when I see one. As I cannot get any sense out of my Holden comrades I thought I would ask the people in the know. I have an 8 & ¾ inch diff in a HT Monaro but it’s a single spinner centre. I would like to fit a 3.25 LSD centre, but the coupe of diff joints I have called know nothing or just say its easer to piss the old one off and fit a nine inch. I get the feeling they are just after my $$ rather than helping me out. It appears that the 8 & ¾ LSD diff centres are hard to come by. Can anyone advise me what would be the best and cost affective solution to my ratio and LSD problem?
Cheers,

Ok firstly an 8 3/4 diff is a Dodge item & they are large & hard to break (& hard to find). I am presuming that you have a Borg Warner 78 rear end. LSD centres for them are not that hard to find however there are a few variants. These diffs came wit Edited by user Monday, 6 February 2006 11:40:16 PM(UTC)

Cheers for that Jim,
Can any one recommend a good diff place in Melb East, to have this diff identified and the centre replaced?
Thanks again.
