What signs does a busted brake booster give?

Vaccuum leak right? All the hoses seem tight to me, so I was wondering if the diap[hagm in the booster could be split, and what signs does it give?

The whoosh on the brakes is the dead giveaway, as the front side of the diaphragm is in vacuum, and the rear side goes to atmosphere when you apply the brakes - thus the va
