how easy is it to transplant an XR6 engine into a mustang? Or, what 6 cylinder engine would fit straight into a mustang?

Mustangs were availabe with 6 cyls from the factory.
Why not track one of them down.
Contact your local Mustang club and they should be able to point you in the right direction.

the reason i want a rolling shell is because if it has it's interior intact it wouldbe cheaper to buy one and fit the engine. On the other hand and XA, XB, or an XC wouldn't be a bad project.
