Here's a couple of things that wont cost even one red cent and may actually help it run better.
1. Take the air filter element out and tap it on the ground to clean any crap out of it.
2. Take your spark plugs out and give them a clean up with a

will do thanks for that. its just that i crashed my dads car into a shop and now every sent i earn either goes to him or goes to my fines so i need cheap alternative's

how do i give the fuel filter a back flush and how do i tweak the carby

Don't touch the carby unless you know what you're doing.
These things aren't going to give you heaps more power or anything but simply make sure all is in good working order.
As for the fuel filter, you could just pull it off and blow through it in
