How do you tell what diff ratio you have? Is it stamped on the centre any where?

It should be stamped on the thin metal ring around the yoke - the ring that spins with the yoke. Just clean it up and it will say 2.78, 3.36 etc. It is possible that the crownwheel and pinion have been changed though, so make sure you check it too by jack
