guys, i just talked to Vicroads, looks like the new laws are just rumours. the guy said they would have to publicly declare the laws, months in advance, and still there would be exemptions. looks like the old hv will still be gold.hope this helps. still it won;t keep little turbo crapola's off the road, but oh well, nothing beats pure v8 rumble!
