i would like to know firstly if a vs sedan lsd diff will fit in a vs wagon, and im wondering what gear ration to put in the diff as i want something like a 3:7 but i dont want to go as klow as 4:1 which would be better or what can you advise

No, a sedan diff housing is different to the wagon, the shock brackets are different.

As Terry said, the diff assembly itself will not fit in the wagon, as the shock mounts are different.
