Ok Guys this has bees an ongoing prob with my VR. But the prob went away and now it is back here goes

On take off it coughs an splutters and really hesitates like it is a flat spot and starving for fuel and I really have to stab it a little and it comes good, sounds like a machine gun though getting there if that makes sense. Then If I have to heavy accelerate over 60 or something it will splutter pretty bad till it gets to the desired speed. It also does it on the highway at around 80 to 100 kmh if I lightly press the accelerator, hard to explain the sound but it is like a little backfire and it really hesitates and flat spots bad. I ran some cheap injector cleaner in it a while ago and this helped but I tried this fix again the other day and no real change. I did run the car a little low a few weeks ago but the prob was already there so I leave it to u guys.

I have changed the leads
spark plugs
fuel filter
it did get even worses when I ran standard unleaded as well
