Hi Guys
Can anyone tell me if the HJ Monaro had a console that had a lift up front section? or did they just have the coin holder type.

The HJ has the lid, the same as the HQ. The coin slots are for HZ and WB. he HX has an open section.

Warren is totally correct and it's important to note as well that the console shells themselves are also different for the mounting of the 2 types of shifter surrounds.
