How far should a HQ brake peddle travel before stoping.mine is traveling about 100mm,I have bleed the brakes a couple of times but seems to be geting worse.I have recently replaced all the brake components and at a 100ks it pulls up well.I also drive a commodore and the brakes on it start to work with only about 20mm of peddle pushed. Where the old Qs ever that good.

when you are bleeding the brakes are you starting from the left rear to right rear to left front to right front?...if not try that.
going to church makes you no more a christian than standing in a garage makes you a car...

You must bleed the brakes from the furthest away to the closest to the master cylinder, that way pushing out any air in the system in the longest brake line first. What calipers are on your HQ - Girlock or PBR?
Girlock were the better of the two.
