Hi guys im currently stripping a spare 308 that i just bought and cant get the camshaft out.
I have pushed the lifters all the way up and removed the braket at the front but the cam still wont come out.
IT moves back and forth about 5mm but thats about it.
Is it ok to lever it out with a screwdriver etc?
Any help would be appreciated.

Remove the cam bearing tunnel welsh plug at the back and see of you can tap it out with a wooden dowel and a hammer.
