just bout had it with guys who bag out cars for being worked!these guys buy not build cars then put shit on the guys who enjoy building steet machines! O ive got a a9x! so what they never won a race with the STOCK 308 so how can u call them a stock performance car? at least l34s could hammer but these guys look down on them, go buy a morris!

I agree. I tried to join a holden club in nz and got turned down cos my car was'nt stock. i think they were just jealous.I'm not against stock cars but they have to be mint condition with no missing parts, other wise its nothing more than an old car.

yep i go along with what u say. my prob is with guys who buy say a a9x or l34 for bout 30k then look down their nose at guys with steeters that owe them double that! these guys dont even get their hands dirty,most owners of a9xs wont admit what their cars

I think if you own a Holden you should be able to join a Holden club.


Also I think that if you want to modify a Torana get yourself an SL/R as they are very similar to A9X's body wise and then modify to your hearts content.

I own an A9X and Mine is stock. I know plenty of guys who have put tanks in, big wheels modded the engines and all that sort of thing. I have some big wheels I fit myself at times, but I kept the stockers. My question is, why go and buy an A9X, which are

What sort of Holden club were you trying to join? If it was just a Holden club then I would think they should let you in. I'm in 2 clubs, the A9X club, where the cars have to be the genuine thing (goes without saying really) but we do have social and ass

I went on the Perth Torana club run & they welcomed me with my sandman ,had a great time cruisen with them ,then we had a sosage sizzle & raffle .Sun 2nd april 2006 , We even had fords & rods on the run

I have an L34 that was modified when I bought it. The original axle was replaced with an A9X axle by the previous owner, so its much better than the original anyway.

The cost and difficulty of returning it to original is not for me.

Our club takes modified and stock we only require cars to be stock or damm close if they want historic reg, but that because of Historic federation rules.
