Looking to quieten down my Hj. Vn type 1 3/4 tri-y pacemakers into twin 2 1/2 with x crossover. Mufflers are supercat straight throughs into 2 1/2 tailpipes. Thanks to a diligent police officer at easternats it is too loud. Noise tested at 103 Db on the mike. As I have a boot mounted fuel cell I have room to fit two mufflers up under the boot. I would like a nice legal note without strangling engine. Can anyone recommend a pair of mufflers that will do the job? Trying to regain the sleeper thing...
