i have put new ball joints, tie rod ends, had wheel alignment, wheel balance on my hq, and when i get to between 80 - 100 klms, it vibrates,
what else could I do thanks

Through the steering or through your bum (ie feel it coming up through the seat)? Does it stop or get worse if you roll and put your foot on the clutch, go to neutral at this speed?
I had a vibration at around the same speed range, effectively changed

through the steering, i had a look underneath, and the tailshaft has a dent in it, I think that is the prob. (hope)

New tyre or retreads on the front? Tyres can be out of round or treads can be misaligned/wobbly (particularly recaps/retreads) and this can also cause the symptoms you are describing.
Jack up the front of the car and spin the front wheels by hand. Look
