Unfortunately I have for sale my HG ute. Because I have just recently been told to vacate it from the shed in which it was being stored and I still have two other projects at home to complete I just have no where else to keep it so I have to part with the poor thing. It originaly was my fathers from 1975. When I bought it off Dad it was stripped and all panels where straightened and all rust removed. Front rails and rear tray where rust free from years of smelly fish-o-line. Both floor sections,both lower guards and one door where replaced because of rust which was not that bad. It has GTS guards and bonnet and HT/G Brougham front grill/valance combo and headlights. Floor is set up as factory saginaw floor shift and bucket seats (correct hole for shifter and bulge on front left of tunnel).HG non reclining bucket seats have been fitted. Flush fit WB door handles have been fitted and the spare tyre door and fuel cap have been filled in (fuel cap is inside tray). This was originally a six cylinder three speed but I also have a HG Premier factory fitted 253/saginaw 4speed as a mechanical parts donar car. This car is complete but rusty and is a perfect runner and was going to be used for the drive train and any other parts required for the V8 conversion. The saginaw gearbox does need a kit fitted. It also has a factory fitted GTS dash and Banjo LSD. The body work is all completed with only rubbing back and painting required but the rest of the ute still needs restoring ie upholstery etc. All parts are there and if they are not they would not be to hard to find.
