This goes against everything I know about HT/G versus HK sedans... How was it done?

You'll have to be more specific, do you mean the HK rear doors on an HT/HG body.

HK doors will bolt on, all you have to do then is to grind a bit off the gutter & bog up the gap that is left in the C-pillar. I've seen cars driving around wh

Thanks Dr Terry, yes that's what I meant. I thought the groove on the c-pillar would have ended lower on the T/G, thus not aligning with the higher groove on the K?

Yes, that's what I meant, they just fill the groove (in the C-pillar) with bog for the lower 2 or 3 inches. Seen it done many times.

sorry, yep, I get what you mean now. I think I confused myself with the opposite conversion. Never have seen it myself though.
