Anyone know about HR 186s four speed ?

I realize the four speed Opel boxes aren't strong, this car appeals to me in original form, with the small number of four speed HRs made you wouldn't think too many of them would have found their way into a Premier also with the 186s option. To keep it r

Hi, well whats one worth now days, eg Savanna Bronze, white roof, red interior, opel 4 speed and 186S (all factory), with log books and some nasco options and in good condition?????????????????? I need space for new toy!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! Edited by user Tuesday, 11 July 2006 7:28:11 AM(UTC)

Thanks all for the info guys, I won't pretend to be much wiser now but at least what I thought has been confirmed :)
As the new owner of a 186s 4speed (thanks cameogoldgts !)I want to learn as much as I can about HR's in general as well as these opti

Congratulations Siggs. Maybe try a search on the Net for HD/HR Clubs/websites. There should be a few around. David, You're right that the LC GTR and XU1 ran the Opel 4 speed. I had one in an LJ behind a fairly hot 186 and was concerned about it's Edited by user Monday, 24 July 2006 6:01:54 AM(UTC)

Thanks junick, Now that I've had her for a little while she's sorta gotten under my skin, I doubt that she'll be up for sale any time soon !
