hey guys, problem with my vh commdore indicator stalk, keeps coming loose, which menas its hard to indicate, slops around like ^&(& in a sock. um, any idea's i replced it with a non-genuine one, and in the process of thrying to fix it i pulled the wires out of within the stalk itself, the ones that ontrol wiper functions, does anyone know of which colour wire goes on which bit? it has 6 wires, and 7 nobs. they are configured like 2 groups of 3 and one at top dead center. any help saves me having to buy a new one. i probally will look around for agenuine one anyway. see ya

Andy,
I don't have a VH manual, but I have a VK Gregory's manual wiring diagram to go from. I'd say the wiper wiring colours would probably be the same. I'll give you what it says, and you can make enquiries to see if the wiring within the stalk is t

Genuine GMH ones are no longer available new due to the many imported ones. You should be able to look at one for the wiring.Doesn't the wiring run from the stalk to a joint fitting which connects it with the main harness?

hey guys, dont worry i bought a genuine one....i meant that the wiring came away from the inside of the indicator stalk. where the variable speeds are for the wipers. 6 wires feed within the stalk to the end. i bought a genuine one, last one presumably in

i got a new genuine brown one from holdent in clayton (vic) last year, think i paid $75 for it.
