Since picking up my new Astra CD last year I have had nothing but problems! The car requires the coolant to be filled up to once every 2 weeks. Thogh Holden has inspected the car now 12 times (preassur tests, replaced the cap, some kind of test to check if there is any traces going back into the coolant) in 8 months they are yet to identify where the coolant is escaping from or too. Has anyone had this problems, or an idea as to how this could be fixed?

Are you sure theres not an air lock in the system that is causing the coolant the be purged, does the overflow bottle get over fill at any stage? It would have the signs of having the bottle push the coolant out and then when cold it will empty the remain
