I have just purchased a 1972 Holden HQ one-tonner. It has extractors and a 2 1/2 inch exhaust system and a 6-cylinder re-conditioned engine.


Without changing to a V-8 engine do you know how I can increase the cars power?

Supercharge it with a cheap jap unit like Hadfield uses in his kits.If your handy with a welder it should be fairly straight forward and if it pings under boost just fit a simple water injection set up.Also these units can be switched on and off so you ca

COINCIDENCE HEY, I JUST BOUGHT A LX TORANA, BASICALLY THE SAME SPECK, I CHANGES BACK TO A 2" ENGINE PIPE WITH A 21/4" TAIL PIP WITH A SPORTS MUFFLER, FITTED A 350 HOLLY WITH SIZE 62 JETS ON A JOHN CAIN INLET MANIFOLD, AND FOR WHAT IT IS IT GOES
