hi guys.just want to ask alittle on the struts on the new commodores. Like the old Commodores with the 3 bolts on the inner guard, the new commodores only have one centre nut.just undo the nut and the tower will fall away? on the VX do i need to undo the ball joint or will the lower control arm fall lower enough for the strut tower to clear the guard. when i get this far what will i face then. do i need to comress the springs before i remove the strut tower. or can i do it later when its out of the car? any info will be appreciated.....Jamie

Hi Jamie.

If you are trying to just replace the struts, it's an easier job than the VB to VP Commodores. If you remove a front wheel you will notice that the strut has 2 bolts holding the bottom of the strut to the front stub axle. You just remove thos
If at first you don't succeed, just call it Version 1.0
